Since 2024 I have been using generative AI systematically in software development, applying my project management and product owner methodology to AI-assisted delivery.
In my own development projects I am responsible for requirements definition, architecture, delivery model and quality assurance, and I steer the AI as the implementing instance. The range extends from methodological frameworks through architectural design work to a delivered, running application with consistent testing, release and documentation discipline.
The approach builds on the AI focus of my computer science degree and transfers directly to AI-augmented delivery in SAP transformation projects.
Both are published, open source under Apache 2.0 and in practical use.
A local Markdown editor with no account, cloud or subscription. As product owner and project manager I am responsible for requirements, architecture and release discipline: shipped versions with checksums, an automated test suite and a manual in five languages.
Produces EN-16931-compliant electronic invoices in XRechnung and ZUGFeRD format, locally and without cloud. The generation core is verified against the official KoSIT validator. I use the tool productively for invoicing at Stumm-Consulting GmbH.
These projects are development work of my own, without any obligation for operations, support or availability. The focus of my work remains consulting and project management in SAP transformations.
